As a Chartered Accountant, Chris Mercer has 20 years experience preparing, reviewing and planning financial accounts and budgets. Chris has specialised in the real estate industry since 2001. In this time Chris designed the business model that has been adopted by hundreds of businesses in the industry. He has presented at conferences all over Australia and New Zealand. He believes in a hands on approach to accounts, and works closely with his team members wherever the client maybe located. His other interests include Cricket, Rugby Union and Horse Racing.
For 80 years, the David family was Australia’s largest wholesaler of groceries and liquor to independent grocers and retail stores. Aaron David, fulfilled every conceivable role in the family business which gave great insight into the management of relationships of both small and
large clients which he brings to Live Real Estate Accounts.
Aaron is also a Director on the board of the Stillbirth Foundation Australia and passionately raises funds for research and awareness into the incidence of stillbirth in Australia.
